As a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, based in Cambria, Cayucos, and Morro Bay on the central coast of California, I facilitate your innate power of healing through natural and healthy complements to conventional medicine.  As an educator and healer, my mission is to teach each patient about the natural healing powers they hold within their own minds and bodies.  When obstacles to optimal health arise, our plan is to identify and remove or work around them by first listening to and observing what our symptoms tell us, employing appropriate modern evidence based scientific diagnostics technologies, and as a team with the patient, coming up with an effective and doable plan.
